Humber lives in the old Hillman Humber building on Crown Street, a Wollongong landmark for more than 80 years.
A multi-million dollar renovation turned it into a one-of-a-kind, three-level venue with Wollongong's only rooftop bar, a glamorous cocktail lounge and an intimate ground-floor cafe beside the kitchen. Come for Happy Hour, stay for the sunset.

The Cocktail Lounge
Glamorous and inviting, with a big brass bar, a chandelier and art deco style to spare. Settle in with our cocktail list and a few tapas plates.
Ground level
The Cafe
An intimate, smaller space right next to the kitchen. The Cafe is made for groups to gather, share a feed and stay a while.
